Clinic Closure
SWMC will be closing at the end of December 2022.
On Saturday November 12th, an email was sent out to all patients regarding the unfortunate clinic closure. Here is the beginning of the letter:
It is with a heavy heart that I write this letter to inform you that Seattle Women’s and Moms’ Clinic will be closing at the end of 2022.
Due to my continual cancer care, lifestyle modifications to improve my survival rate, and rehabilitation from nearly a year of aggressive breast cancer treatment and numerous surgeries, I can no longer serve as clinic director.
Unfortunately, the clinic took a significant financial hardship due to my absence, and consequently is unable to stay open.
